Pelicans on Parade is an art-in-the-community fundraiser designed to bring together businesses, non-profits, schools, artists and the community.
- For $1000 you can sponsor a pelican (7 foot wingspan!) that will be uniquely painted and decorated by a local artist. Your sponsored pelican will become part of an area display and ultimately auctioned to benefit Great Explorations, The Children’s Museum and a school or non-profit of your choice. Your name and/or logo will be displayed on a plaque while it tours and on our website where it will be viewed by more than 60,000 annually. This level of sponsorship also includes 200 passes to Great Explorations, The Children’s Museum for your use or for the school or charity of your choice.
