After School Explorations!
Great Explorations Children’s Museum is pleased to present our After School Explorations program for the 2009-2010 school year. Building on success that we have had during the last two school years and a history of excellence in programming, we are offering a uniquely Great Explorations Program!
After School Explorations will serve children from Kindergarten through 5th grade. In order to ensure an excellent experience for those involved, enrollment is limited to fifteen students.
Daily museum time will allow children to explore and have fun in the exhibit galleries. Enrichment activities and homework assistance will encourage creative and critical thinking and help participants flourish in school. Parents will be responsible for student transportation to and from the program.

Great Art Explorations! - Download the PDF
Join us for Great Art Explorations, a fantastic opportunity to create art at Great Explorations! On Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00pm, we will learn about art materials and methods to boost your budding artist’s creative imagination. Come dressed for fun, and leave the mess at the museum! Don’t miss Terrific Tots, a unique bonding experience for you and your child! This class for 1-2 year olds and their caregivers is held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 - 11:30am. Children learn about art, music, science, and math in an inspirational environment. This program is Free with paid museum admission.
